Program Dates

Online classes begin October 20th 9am EST and run for 8 consecutive weeks. One Hour a Week for 8 weeks plus extra Workshops, free Study Manual, Weekly Guides and  Practices. PLUS free Recordings.
Virtual OnBoard Call - To set you up for Success, Begins -Sunday October 20th, 9am EST

Classes

For the best experience, browse weekly study guide before class and have writing and drawing materials, a chair, a bottle of water, and a cozy towel/blanket. For online participants, a computer with the latest version of Zoom and a private space is necessary. Apply suggested techniques weekly

Investment

This is a lifetime investment for your health and Wellbeing. This program is $430 USD payable in 2 equal payments of $215/month.  Save $30 when you pay the full amount in full up front. A secure payment link is provided to take payment with an invoice and receipt issued to your inbox.

Meet Your Facilitator

Roseanne Reilly

I am a world class Nervous System Restoration Practitioner. I combine my credentials and experience as a nurse, a yoga practitioner, a Craniosacral Therapist, Health & Safety Educator and a lifetime working with and through stress to design & deliver this program specifically for this age group. I am originally from Ireland, I live in New York with my husband Mike and our beautiful daughter Roisin.
